In this guide, you will learn how to generate and integrate your Printful API key with the SB Product Personalizer App. The steps cover creating a new API token in Printful by adding its details, setting an expiration date, and defining access permissions.

You’ll then learn how to copy the generated access key and paste it into the SB Product Personalizer under Integration → Printful. By following these steps, you’ll know exactly how to connect your store with Printful, ensuring every personalized order flows seamlessly for printing and fulfillment.

Steps:

1. *Install Printful App*: Go to Shopify App Store ➜ Search for Printful ➜ Click Install to add it to your store. ➜ Create an account

2. API Token: Click on *"Settings"* and then *"Security"* from the left-hand menu. Within the Security dropdown, select *"API"* to access your API settings

3. Selection Of Store : Select your Shopify store name and click *Go to Printful Developers*.

4. Private Token: Navigate to the *Printful Developer portal* and click on the *"Create a token"* button located within the *"Private token"* section.

5. Add Token Details:

• *Add Token Details:* Enter the name and email ID.
• *Add Expiration Date:* Select the expiration date. The token will remain valid for 2 years from the date of generation.

• *Select Access Level:* Choose *A single store* or *Account (all stores)* if you have multiple stores, then select the desired store from the dropdown.
• *Set Scopes:* Check the permissions you want to grant (e.g., view orders, manage products, view files, etc.).
• *Create Token:* Click *Create new token* to generate it.

6. Go to Tokens → view the list of generated tokens → your newly created token will appear here with its name, creation date, expiration date, and scopes.

7. Copy the generated Access Key and save it securely, as this is the only time it will be displayed.

8. Go to SB Custom Product Personalizer → click Integration → under POD Integration,click Configure.

9. Paste your API Key → click Connect →Select the store → then click Save to complete the Printful integration.

10. Toggle the Switch on to integrate Printful on your store
