RFQ Button Visibility for Specific Customer Group

Introduction:

This feature allows you to control the visibility of the "Request for Quote" (RFQ) button based on customer groups. By setting this functionality, you can ensure that only specific customers *Logged-in Customers Only*, *Guest customers* or *Customers with tags* (such as VIPs, wholesale buyers, or specific regions) can see and access the RFQ button on your product pages.

The RFQ button will visible only to specific customer groups based on their tags or login status.

Steps to Configure RFQ Visibility:

1 . Go to the app backend Click on Settings ->Navigate to *Quote settings* click on Manage.

2 . *Select Customer Groups:*

  • Choose one of the option to visible to the RFQ button from list of *All Customers* , *Logged-in Customers Only*, *Guest customers* or *Customers with tags*
  • *All Customers*: The Quote button will be displayed for all customers in your store for the selected products.

  • *Logged-in Customers*: Only logged-in customers can see and request a quote.

  • *Guest Customers*: The Quote button will be visible only to guest customers.

  • *Customers with Tags*: The button will be displayed only for customers with specific tags.
  • If selecting **Logged-in Customers with tags **, you can specify allowed customer tags (e.g., Wholesale, VIP, B2B).

3 . *Save & Verify:*

  • Click *Save* and check your store frontend to confirm visibility settings are correctly applied.

To implement this, you'll need to configure the customer groups and set conditions for the RFQ button visibility based on the group criteria. If you need assistance with setting this up, feel free to reach out to our support team!
