Learn how to configure ETA messages based on specific countries and states. You can set up ETA messages for different countries and states according to your business needs. Once configured, the app will display the appropriate message for the selected country and state based on your settings.

Steps:

1. Access App Settings: In your Shopify Admin dashboard, open the Estimated Delivery Date app settings, go to ETA Rules, click Create Rule, and open the Editor Box.

2. Configure Delivery Messages : customize the delivery messages. Enter the specific delivery messages according to your requirements by using shortcodes and editor options.

3. Go to the Countries section , click Manage to configure auto-detect visitor country or show a country dropdown, choose your countries, and select specific states if needed.

4. Country Detection : In the Country Detection popup, choose either Auto GEO Detection or Deliverable Country List Dropdown, then select Show only country or Show country with state, and click Apply to save your settings.

5. Choose Countries & States: Type the country name (e.g., “India”) and select the country and desired states/UTs from the list.

6. Backend: All countries and their corresponding states will be displayed in the backend. Click to save to save the settings.

Result:

Go to the storefront, select any product, and check the country and state.

By setting up these specific delivery messages, customers from each country will see a relevant and accurate delivery estimate when they view your products, leading to a better shopping experience.
