Can I add extra information using this feature?

The “No Preview” feature allows you to include an option (such as clipart, text, or customization choices) without displaying it on the product preview area.

This is useful when you want the selection to:

• Act as internal information (e.g., for order processing or notes)
• Be recorded in the cart/order details
• Not visually appear on the product mockup

You can also use this feature to add an additional note field, allowing customers to provide extra information or special instructions that will be included with their order.

In simple terms, the option is still selectable and passed along with the order, but it won’t be shown on the product image preview.

Steps to Enable “No Preview” : Create a template → Add customization elements → Click Add → Configure settings → Enable “No Preview” → Click Save

• Not displayed on the design preview
• Passed to the cart and included in order details
