Coming Soon Product App
The Coming Soon Product App allows you to set products as Coming Soon, schedule a release date, and collect a subscriber list to notify customers when the product launches and becomes available for purchase.
This app helps you pre-launch products and generate early sales by enabling notifications via email or WhatsApp. It also supports seamless third-party integrations for marketing automation and enhanced customer engagement.

Installation
You can install Coming Soon by visiting our listing on the Shopify app store, clicking install, and interacting with the prompts that follow.


Alternatively, you install by visiting this link and typing in your Shopify domain (the one that ends with myshopify.com). Both methods of installation are equivalent.
With the app installed, it’s time to get started using it!
Getting started
Coming Soon is considered an embedded app, because once it’s been installed, it will be available in your list of apps in the Shopify admin dashboard. All of your interactions with the app will begin here.

This main screen allows you to configure app-wide settings for your Coming Soon products.

Requirements:
For Coming Soon Product | Pre‑Sale to work, your store must:
Have Shopify password protection disabled
Have an active subscription (paid or trial,custom)
Have a product is published on site.
If these criteria are met, you should be able to visit your-shopify-store.com/apps/Coming Soon Product | Pre‑Sale and view the coming-soon product on site.

1 . Analytics
The app features an Analytics Dashboard, where you can access key insights, including:
Total Subscribers: View the number of customers who have subscribed.
Total Pending Requests: Track the pending product availability requests.
Total Unique Product Inquiries: See how many unique products have been requested.
Total Customer Count: Get the total number of customers who have interacted with the app.
Subscription List Analytics: Analyze trends and engagement.
Top 5 Performing Products: Identify the most requested products.

2. Coming Soon Products
With the app, you can mark products as Coming Soon when they are not yet available for purchase. There are three ways to do this:
All Products – Apply the Coming Soon status to all products in your store.

Specific Products – Select individual products to be displayed as Coming Soon.

Specific Collections – Assign the Coming Soon status to an entire collection of products.

Add product as coming soon: Setup specific products and collections as coming soon.
General settings:
1 .Hide price from pages
Access Settings:
1 .Go to Settings → Navigate to General Settings → Find the Hide Price section.
Hide Price of Coming Soon products from pages:
You can choose to hide the price for specific Coming Soon product pages in your store.
Enable Hide Price:
Activate this option to ensure product prices remain hidden until they are officially available for purchase.

Auto Mode:
Automatically remove products from the Coming Soon list on a specified date and notify customers as soon as they become available in the online store.
Access settings :
1 .Go to Settings → Navigate to General Settings → Find the Auto Mode option.

2 . Enable the following options as needed:
Auto-remove products from the Coming Soon list on a specified date.
Auto-notify customers when the product becomes available in the online store.
Detailed instruction visit: Enable Auto-mode option to remove Products from the Coming Soon List on a Specified Date.
Enable the "Notify Me" Form & "Coming Soon" Button on the Product Page.
Default Release Date :
You can set a default release date for all products and collections marked as Coming Soon by enabling this option in the app settings.
Features
Automatically release Coming Soon products on a predefined date, eliminating the need to set individual release dates.
Apply a default available date for all Coming Soon products.
Access Settings: Go to Settings → Navigate to General Settings → Find the Default Release Date section → Enable the option.

Detailed Instruction visit: Setup product launch/release date as marked Coming Soon products.
Date and Timer Format
Customize the date and time format for collection and product pages when the availability display is enabled.
Features:
Select Date Format : Customize the countdown timer format for better visibility.
Select Timer Format
Access Settings:
Go to Settings → Navigate to General Settings → Find the Date & Timer Format section → Select your preferred formats.

Select Date Format :Choose the desired format for displaying availability dates.

Select Timer Format :Choose the desired format for displaying countdown timer.

Developer Options
The Developer Options section allows developers to customize the app by adding Custom CSS and Custom JS to style and modify features as needed.
Custom CSS/JS:
Custom CSS: Modify the layout by applying styles using the CLASS and ID of specific product pages.
Custom JS: Implement minor functionalities by applying CLASS and ID selectors on the product page.

Show Notify Me or Coming Soon Button :You have two display options for products marked as Coming Soon
1 . Coming Soon Button– Display a simple Coming Soon button on the product page.
2 . Notify Me Form – Allow customers to submit their interest and get notified when the product becomes available.
Choose the preferred option to display either the Coming Soon button or the Notify Me form on your product page.
Activate from App Backend To enable this feature, go to App Backend → Settings → Navigate to Product Page and select the preferred display option:

This allows you to control how Coming Soon products appear on your store.



Notify Me Form - Configuration Options
1 . Form Header :Customize the title and subtitle according to your business needs and preferences.

2 . Form Fields
Select the desired form fields such as Name, Email, Phone, etc.
Choose whether each field is required or optional.

1 . Button Label Customization
Modify the button label name to match your store’s messaging.

2 . Button Styling
Customize the button text color, background color, and text font to align with your store’s design.

Product Availability message setup
Here, you can use two options: Date and Countdown Timer.
By enabling this option, you can display the availability date and time for Coming Soon products on the product page.

Configure a message with an availability date and countdown timer to show in the Coming Soon widget.

Check the box to Enable settings

Copy the short code and paste and save the settings by click on save button.

3 . Collection page Settings
From this setting, you can manage the style and badge text, choose the badge template, and select the timer template.

Personalize: Customize the text, text color, and badge background color.

Badge Templates: Select a Coming Soon badge from the available options.

Timer Templates: Choose one of the options below to display the Product release date and countdown timer on the collection page.

Notification Settings:
In this setting, you can select the notification options by setting up and modifying email templates and WhatsApp templates according to your business needs and preferences.
SMTP provider : Choose between our default email service or your own. This email address will be used to send product inquiry notifications to both you and your clients. Available options:
1.Default
2.sendGrid
3.Postmark
4.Mailchip
5.Custom SMTP
Select a service and follow the provided guidelines to receive notifications on the registered email ID.

Email Templates :Customize email templates for thank you and availability notifications.

Email Template Translation :
You can customize and translate email templates into multiple languages by adding the desired language and providing the translated text for each.
With this setting, you can customize admin and customer emails in multiple store languages. As per your requirement, you need to add a language and provide the translated text for each language.
Go to Settings -> Navigate to Notifications --> Email templates

Thank you email template :Automatic email notifications to customers when submit the registration for notify.
1 .Click on the customize button -> click on plus (+) button to add a new language.


2 .Select the language and click "Add" to save it.


3 .Add the translated text for each language and save the settings.

Once done, the email template will be sent based on the selected language.

4. Subscriber List
Subscribers: You can Access the list of customers who have expressed interest in being notified when a product becomes available. The subscriber list includes the following columns: Sr. No, Name, Email, Phone Number, Product Name, Variant, Date, Status, Action.
To access the subscriber list:
Go to the App Backend -> Navigate to the Subscriber section.

Notify me : By using this features you can notify the customers when product is available in your store we offer two notification channels: Email and WhatsApp.


Exporting List
You can export the list subscribers. Click the EXPORT List button, then you can download the csv file for use in another email marketing app.

5. Integration
Third-Party Integrations: Email Marketing Automation
With this integration, you can efficiently manage email marketing across multiple channels and receive engagement insights.
Effortlessly automate your email campaigns using leading platforms like MailChimp, Klaviyo, Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), or Omnisend.
You can integrate these services to manage notifications, use the default integration settings, or customize them to fit your needs. We also offer custom MailChimp options and built-in email notification features.

WhatsApp Notifications: Merchant Alerts
With this integration, you can receive notifications directly on WhatsApp. To enable this feature, you need to register your number and integrate with Twilio or use our built-in integration.

6. Translation
Translations & Localization
With this feature, you can add translations for input fields provided by the app. By selecting a language, the translated text will be displayed on the front end based on the chosen language.
Add Translations:
Go to the Translation Tab
Click on Add Language and select your preferred language



Add the translated text for the respective fields


Save the settings.

Once completed, the form text will be displayed according to the selected language.
