Configure Notify Me Form and Product Availability Message
This guideline will help you understand and configure the “Notify Me Form” feature for your store products.
The “Notify Me Form” feature allows customers to subscribe for notifications when a product becomes available, launches, or comes back in stock. Merchants can display a customizable “Notify Me” button directly on product and collection pages to collect customer email addresses and build customer interest for upcoming or unavailable products.
The feature includes multiple form layout and template options with full customization support for button text, colors, fonts, spacing, and overall design. Merchants can also configure popup or inline form layouts and preview changes live before publishing them to the storefront.
- Navigate to Notify Me Form Settings: Go to the App Settings -> Product Page -> Notify Me Form

- Select Form Design and Display Position :- Select preferred form design (Classic / Editorial / Step-by-Step / Product Image) → Enable “Show on product page” and/or “Show on collection page” → Preview the form layout in Desktop or Mobile view from the Live Preview section

- Customize the Notify Me Form :- Open the “Customization” section → Update the button label text → Configure button background color → Set button text color → Configure hover background and hover text color → Use the color picker or RGB values to match your store branding → Preview the changes in real time

- Configure Notify Me Form Settings:- Open the “Form Settings” section to configure all Notify Me form fields and customer subscription settings.
- Form Header → Configure the form title and subtitle text
- Name Field → Enable/disable the name field, configure placeholder text, required field settings, and validation message
- Phone Field → Enable/disable the phone field, show/hide country code option, configure placeholder text, required field settings, and error message
- Email Field → Enable/disable the email field, configure placeholder text, required field settings, blank field message, and email validation message
- Variant Field → Enable/disable variant selection field and configure validation messages
- Auto Subscribe → Automatically subscribe customers to the newsletter after form submission
- Submit Button → Customize the button label and success message displayed after successful submission

Verify the Configuration on Storefront
Save all the configured settings → Open your storefront product page → Verify the “Notify Me” button visibility → Test the form submission process → Confirm that the form design, fields, success message, and product availability message are displaying correctly on both Desktop and Mobile views

Configure Product Availability Message:
The “Product Availability Message” feature allows merchants to display custom product launch, preorder, or availability information directly below the Notify Me button on the storefront. This helps customers clearly understand when the product will become available and improves customer engagement for upcoming product launches.
You can also display dynamic launch dates and live countdown timers using the available shortcode options.
Step:- Navigate to App Settings → General → Scroll to “Availability Message” section → Enable the “Enable availability message” option → Add your custom product availability message in the message editor → Use formatting options like Bold, Italic, Underline, Alignment, and Text Color to customize the message style → Use the {date} shortcode to automatically display the product launch date and live countdown timer → Save all settings and verify the availability message on the storefront
