Customize Your Email Templates.

Learn how to customize the email template for Thank You emails and Product Availability notifications directly from the app's backend settings.



Steps:



  1. Go to the App settings ➜ Navigate to the Notification tab.



  1. Email Templates: Select the type of email notification you want to enable:
  • Thank You Email Template – Sends an automatic confirmation email to customers when they submit an inquiry.
  • Admin Email Notification – Notifies the admin whenever a new inquiry is submitted.
  • Available Email Template – Sends an email to customers when a product becomes available.





  • Thank You Email Template – Toggle the switch on, then click the ‘Customize’ button to edit the template.




  • Edit the Subject Line.
  • Upload E-mail Logo.
  • Edit the Email title
  • Edit and Enter the message you want to display in the E-mail Body.
  • Edit and Edit and Enter the message you want to display in the E-mail footer.





  • Configure the Button settings.
  • Edit Button Label name
  • Style button color
  • Style text color



  • Admin Email Notification –

  • Click on customize button.

  • Edit the Subject Line.

  • Edit and Enter the message you want to display in the E-mail Body.
  • Edit and Edit and Enter the message you want to display in the E-mail footer.


2 . Configure the Button settings.

  • Edit Button Label name
  • Style button color
  • Style text color


3 .Save the settings.


Email Template Translation :


You can customize and translate email templates into multiple languages by adding the desired language and providing the translated text for each.

With this setting, you can customize admin and customer emails in multiple store languages. As per your requirement, you need to add a language and provide the translated text for each language.


Go to Settings **-> Navigate to **Notifications **--> **Email templates


  • Thank you email template :Automatic email notifications to customers when submit the registration for notify.


1 .Click on the customize button -> click on plus (+) button to add a new language.



2 .Select the language and click "Add" to save it.



3 .Add the translated text for each language and save the settings.


Once done, the email template will be sent based on the selected language.


Follow the same steps for available template translation.
