# Download Personalized Print Files 

This guideline will help you download personalized print-ready files from customer orders using the Product Options Personalizer app.

Using this feature, merchants can easily access and download customer personalization files, uploaded images, custom designs, and print-ready assets directly from the order details page in multiple export formats.
# Steps: 


1. **Enable Printable File Generation:  Shopify Admin → Apps → Product Options Personalizer → Settings** → Find the **Printable File Generation** section → Click **Enable** → Click **Save Changes** to apply the settings.

2. **Open Personalized Orders**: Navigate to **Shopify Admin → Apps → Product Options Personalizer → Personalized Orders**

3. **Open Download Print File Window:** After clicking the **Download print file** button → A Download Print Ready File popup will appearr.

4. **Select File Format & Download** :-  Select the preferred **file format** based on your requirements → Adjust print settings such as **DPI, Width, Height, and Bleed area** if needed → Select the **product view** to download → Click **Download**
Available export formats include:
* **PNG** – Raster image format with transparency support
* **JPG** – Standard image format
* **TIFF** – High-quality raster format for professional printing
* **SVG** – Scalable vector format
* **PDF** – Bundled printable document
* **AI / EPS** – Vector files for design software
* **DXF** – Cut outline format for engraving or laser cutting

The system will automatically generate and download the customer’s personalized print-ready file.
