The SB Prescription Eye Lens App makes eyewear shopping simple and accurate. Customers can upload prescriptions, choose PD, and customize lenses or sunglasses with options like single vision, bifocal, progressive, zero power, and more. With unlimited RX fields, support for both eyes with separate quantities, and a built-in Lens Advisor, the app ensures a smooth, theme-compatible shopping experience across all devices.

This guide will explain the basic setup, creating rules and sub-options, managing prescription options, and configuring PD distance.

Steps:

1. Install the App: Visit the SB Prescription Eye Lens listing on the Shopify app store and click Install button.

2. Enable Theme Block: Click on SB Prescription Eye Lens ➜ Click on the Enable Theme Block Button.

3. Switch On: On the left side, Find our app in the list ➜Toggle the switch ON ➜ Click "Save" at the top right.

4. Activate App: Click On Enable Button to activate the App.

5. Create Rule: Click on Create Rule section ➜ Click on Create Button.

6. Create Rule Name: Enter the rule title in the placeholder text field.➜ Click on Add prescription Type

7. Select Prescription Type: Select the prescription type from the list.➜ Modify other options.➜ Click on Add button To save Details.

8. Add Next Step :After creating the prescription title, select “Add Next Step” to create sub-sections for Prescription Types.

• Create sub-sections: After clicking “Add Next Step,” enter the sub-section name ➜ add a description (optional) ➜select “Go to Next & Add First Option” to continue.

9. Prescription Form: Allow customers to add their prescription manually ➜ Toggle the switch ON ➜ Click the Manage button.

• Select Option: Choose the options for the prescription ➜ Click Apply.

10. Prescription Upload by Customer: To allow customers to upload a prescription file ➜ Toggle the switch ON.

11. Pupillary Distance: To allow customers to provide their Pupillary Distance ➜ Toggle the switch ON ➜ Select the desired options.➜ Click on to Add button

12. Selection of Products: Search for the desired product from the search bar ➜ Select the product ➜ Click the Save button in the top-right corner to save the rule ➜ Go to the front end.

Result

• Main Rule: Clicking the button will open the main rule setup page, where you can navigate to sub-sections and add further prescription details.

• Options: All available options and values for glasses and Pupillary Distance (PD), as configured in the backend, will be displayed ➜ Select the required values ➜ Click the Continue button to proceed.

• Add to Cart: Review all prescription values and product details carefully ➜ Once confirmed, click the “Add to Cart” button to proceed.
