How to Add, Display, or Reposition the Customize Button on Your Storefront?

This guideline will help you if:

  • The Customize button is not appearing on your storefront.
  • You would like to change the position of the Customize button on your product page.
  • You need to add the Customize app block to your theme.


Steps:-



  1. Open the Theme Customizer: Log in to your Shopify Admin. ➜ Go to Online Store > Themes. ➜ Click Customize on your active theme.



  1. Enable the App: Click the App Embeds icon → Select Default Product from the template selector → Find the Sb Custom Product Personalizer App → Toggle the Switch On → Click Save.




  1. Verify on the Storefront: Open a product page on your storefront and confirm that the Customize button is displayed correctly.





  1. Change the Position of the Cutomize Button: Expand Product Information → Click Add Block → Select the Apps tab → Choose Customize Button → Drag and drop the block to your preferred position within the Product Information section → Click Save.





  1. Verify on the Storefront: Open a product page on your storefront and confirm that the Customize button is displayed in the selected position.




Note: If the Customize button is still not visible after following the above steps, please ensure that the product is assigned to Customize Flow in the app and that all changes have been saved successfully.
