Learn how to integrate a MailChimp to send inquiry email directly from your MailChimp account. This guide will help you configure the necessary settings to streamline communication and manage inquiries efficiently.
To integrate MailChimp You can use the Mandrill by Mailchimp provider to send transactional emails to your customers using the our app with a single API.
To use the Mandrill provider in the email Integration, you will need to create a Mandrill account and add your API key to the Mailchimp integration on our app.
To get the API key, you can follow the below steps,


Steps:
  1. Generating an API Key


To generate a new API key in Mandrill, you can follow these steps:

  • Sign up or Log in to your Mandrill account.
  • Navigate to the Settings of your account and look for the API Keys section at the bottom of the settings page.
  • Click on the + Add API Key button to create an API key. Copy the generated key immediately and store it in a secure location. You won’t be able to see or copy the key once you finish generating it.
  1. Adding a sending domain


To get started, you’ll need to add the domain that you want to send messages from.

  1. Creating the Mandrill integration with our app
  • Visit the E-Mail Integration and Choose Mailchimp
  • Add details in our app backend :


  1. **Mailchimp API key **:
  2. Sender E-Mail : The authenticated email from the previous step.
  3. Sender Name
  4. Admin E-mail : You will receive the admin notification(New Inquiry notification) on this email
