# I have added products in Coming Soon, but they are still being purchased by customers. Why is this happening?

Our Coming Soon app does not restrict purchases for products added to the quick view features. 

If you want to prevent customers from purchasing these products, you can disable the feature. Alternatively, if you want to display Coming Soon features on the quick view page, you can request integration so we can make the app compatible with your store. 

Sometimes, if the quick view is being used by a third-party app or requires customization, this would be considered paid customization.
