Installation Guide - Coming Soon Products Presale

This app helps you create excitement for upcoming product launches by displaying Coming Soon labels, countdown timers, presale messaging, and Notify Me waitlists on your store. You can easily collect customer interest before launch day, send automated launch notifications, and turn pre-launch traffic into sales — all without any coding.


Follow this step-by-step guide to install and configure the Coming Soon Products - Presale app on your Shopify store. You can easily set up Coming Soon products, countdown timers, Notify Me forms, subscriber notifications, translations, and email templates.




  1. Install App:- Go to the Shopify App Store → Search for Coming Soon Products - Presale → Click Install → Open your Shopify Admin Store → Review permissions → Click Install to complete the app installation.






  1. Select Plan & Approve :- After installation, select a suitable plan based on your requirements → Click “Approve” to activate the app successfully on your Shopify store.





  1. Enable Theme Block :- Go to Shopify Admin → Open the Coming Soon Products - Presale app → Click “Enable Theme Block” to open the Shopify theme editor.




  1. Toggle the Switch On :- Open App Embeds in the Shopify theme editor → Locate SB Coming Soon Products - Presale → Enable the app embed toggle → Click Save to apply the changes successfully.





  1. Enable App :- Click the Enable App button to activate the Coming Soon Products - Presale app and start displaying Coming Soon labels, Notify Me buttons, and countdown timers on your storefront.




  1. Configure Products :- Open the Products or Collections tab → Click “Add Product” → Search and select the products or collections you want to display as Coming Soon → Save the configuration to apply the settings.




  1. Set Time & Date :- Select “Set Same Date for All Variants” → Choose the preferred launch date and time → Click the Save icon → The selected schedule will automatically apply to all product variants.




  1. Configure Notify Me Form :- Go to Settings → Open the “Notify Me Form” or “Badge” tab → Select the preferred form design → Enable “Show on Product Page” and/or “Show on Collection Page” → Open Customization and Form Settings to configure the form design, button style, and display settings → Save the changes to apply them to your storefront.



Configure Badge :- Open the “Badge” tab → Select the preferred badge template → Open the “Personalize” section → Add or edit the Coming Soon badge text → Customize the badge color, gradient, and direction settings → Check the live preview on the right side to review the changes before saving.




  1. Set Countdown Timer :- Open the “Timer” tab → Select the preferred timer mode: “No Timer”, “Show Date Only”, “Show Timer Only”, “Show Date + Timer”, or “Use Timer Template” → Check the live preview to see how the countdown timer and launch date will appear on product cards and product pages → Save the settings to apply the changes.




  1. Enable Subscriber Notifications :- Go to Settings → Open Notifications → Select the General tab → Choose your preferred SMTP Provider → Enter the Sender Name → Add the Admin Email Address → Click “Send Verification Email” → Verify the email address → Click “Check Status” to confirm verification → Click “Save” to enable subscriber email notifications successfully.




  1. Personalized Email Template :- Go to Notifications → Open Email Templates → Enable the “Thank You Email Template” and/or “Available Email Template” → Click “Customize” → Edit the Email Subject and Email Body using the Visual Editor or HTML Editor → Add product details, branding elements, and personalized message content → Click “Save” to apply the email template changes successfully.






  1. Translation Management :- Open the app → Click Translations from the left sidebar → Click “Refresh from Shopify” to sync available store languages → Click “Add Translation” to add a new translation word → Enter the default translation text and add translated values for each available language → Click “Save Translations” to apply the changes to your storefront.

➡️ Result :- The storefront will automatically display translated content based on the customer’s selected language.





  1. Verify on Storefront :- Open your Shopify store product page → Confirm the Coming Soon badge, Notify Me button, countdown timer, and presale settings are displaying correctly → Test the Notify Me form by submitting an email to ensure subscriber collection and notification flow work properly.





  1. Check Subscribers & Send Notifications :- Open the Subscribers tab from the left sidebar → View all customers who subscribed through the Notify Me form → Check subscriber details such as email, product name, date, and status → Click “Notify” to send the product availability email manually when the product becomes available → Optionally, click “Export CSV” to download the subscriber list for records or marketing purposes.




Email Template Preview :- View and test the configured Thank You Email and Available Product Email templates to ensure branding, product information, and email content appear correctly before sending notifications to subscribers.



Your Coming Soon Products - Presale app is now configured successfully. Customers can subscribe to upcoming products, receive launch notifications, and engage with presale products directly on your storefront.
