Personalize Back In Stock Button & Notify Me Form Display

This helpdesk will help you customize the appearance and behavior of your Back in Stock Button and Notify Me Form to match your store design and improve customer engagement. You can control how and where the button appears, choose display styles, and preview changes in real time.

Steps:

**Navigate to Back In Stock Settings: **Shopify Admin → Apps → SB: Back in Stock Alerts → Back In Stock → Notify Me Form

Enable Display Options : Show on product page → Turn ON → Select option (Notify Me Form / Back in Stock Button) → Show on collection page (Optional)

This ensures customers can request notifications when items are out of stock. 🔔

Select Display Style (Product Page ) : Go to Display Style → Choose option (Popup → Opens form in popup window / Page → Displays form directly on product page) → Preview changes on the right-side panel

Back In Stock Button

Optional: Show on Collection Page → Enable Show on collection page → Select Back in stock button → Customize button label (Example: Coming Soon) → Preview changes in the Live preview panel → Save changes

Configure Form Settings : **Open **Form Settings → Edit Form Header → Customize fields (Name → Phone → Email → Variant) → Enable options (Auto Subscribe / Google reCAPTCHA) → Customize Submit Button → Save changes

**This allows you to control which fields appear in the **Notify Me Form and customize how customers submit their requests.

Customize Button Appearance : **Open **Customization → Edit Label (Example: Back In Stock) → Set Background color → Set Background hover color → Choose Text color → Choose Text hover color → Preview changes in Live preview panel → Save changes

This allows you to match the Back In Stock Button colors and text style with your store branding.

Verify on Storefront → Go to your storefront → Open a product that is Out of Stock → Check if the Back In Stock button / Notify Me form is appearing → Confirm that the settings and personalization options are displayed correctly → Test the button to ensure it works properly ✅

**This confirms that your **Back In Stock button and Notify Me form personalization are working correctly on the live storefront.
