How to use the default template for a specific message, please follow these steps:
Go to the App settings and navigate to the General tab.
Save the template by clicking on the Save Template button.
Next, go to the Product Specific Message tab.
Click on Add New Message.
In the template section, select My Design.
Click on Apply to apply the default template to the specific message.
This process will ensure that the default template is used for the specific message you've selected. Let me know if you need further assistance!
Open the product page on which you just setup message and check that the template appear.
💡 Remember to look at the product page that your customers will see and not in the editor of your theme or a "preview" of your theme. Use the same link that your customers will use, otherwise it won't work.
If you don't see the app appear, make sure it is enabled in the application
