Configure Email- Integration to receive notification
Introduction
Learn how to configure email notifications to send and receive alerts efficiently. You can set this up directly from the app settings using the default SMTP provider.
1 . Go to the app backend and navigate to Notification Settings.

2 . Choose SMTP Provider
You can choose the default SMTP provider or enter your own SMTP account details, such as your email ID and SMTP provider information.

Note: When the default email configuration is chosen, email verification is required to receive notifications regarding emails. If not verified, emails may be delivered to the spam folder.

3 . Customize Email Template:
You can customize the email template as per your requirements.
Customer Email Customize:
Enable the toggle to send a thank-you email.

Click on Customize.

Enter the email subject.
Upload the logo.
Edit the email body and footer.

Save the changes.
4 . Save the Settings:
Once you've made the necessary changes, save the settings.

Follow the same as customer email steps for Admin email template customize.
Email template Translation:
1 . Translate Custom Email and Admin Template:
You can translate and customize emails in multiple languages.
2 . Add Translations:
Click on the + Plus button to add a new language.
3 .**Select Language**:
Choose the language you want to add.
4 . Add Translated Text:
Enter the translated text for the selected language.
5 . Save the Translations:
After adding the translated text, click Save to store the changes.
Note: If a language is added but translation is not provided, the email template will be received and sent in the default English language. up directly from the app settings using the default SMTP provider.
Once done, an email notification will be received on the registered email ID when a customer submits a request for a quote. The subscriber list will be shown under the "Subscribers" tab.
