This guideline will help you configure the Single Product RFQ mode in the app. When enabled, customers can submit a quote request for only one product at a time. Selecting a new product will automatically replace the previous one in the RFQ form.

Steps

1. Open Quote Settings: ** Visit to Shopify Admin **→ Apps → SB Request a Quote → Quote Settings → **click on the **General tab.

2. Select Single Product RFQ

Under the RFQ Product Mode section:

• Locate the Single Product RFQ option.
• Select the radio button to enable it.

In this mode:

• Customers can request a quote for one product per request.
• Adding a new product will replace the previously selected product.
• Product search inside the form, Bulk Import, and “Request a Quote from Cart” features will be automatically disabled.

3. Save Changes

Click the Save button at the top right corner to apply the changes.

After enabling this setting, your store will only allow customers to submit RFQ requests for a single product
