Install and Setup the Custom Product Designer Studio app

The Custom Studio app allows you to add a customization button to your product page, enabling customers to personalize their products with text, images, colors, and patterns. This guide will walk you through the installation and configuration process.

To install the Custom Studio app and set up the customization button on your product page, follow these steps:


  1. Install the App: Visit the Custom Product Designer Studio listing on the Shopify app store and click the **Add ** button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
  2. Enable the App embed block:
  • Navigate to your admin **-> **Themes page.
  • Click the Customize button on the top right of your main theme.


You will be redirected to the theme editor page.

  • On the theme editor page, click the App embeds button


  • The App embeds area will appear named Product Designer. Toggle the button to enable this option.
  • Save the theme.


Alternatively, click the Activate app embed Block button provided in app backend, and enabled the Product Designer app block.
Be sure to click Save after making changes.


3. Create Rule: Navigate to the Personalization Product-> Add Rule


  1. Enter Rule and add products:


Click on Add rule-> Enter Rule name ->Click on Add products

  • Add a product by selecting Add Product -> Select the product -> Click the **Add ** button.


  1. Upload Images: Follow the steps to upload the necessary images.





  1. Product Personalization Options: Enable/Disable personalization options such as Text Personalization, Image Personalization , Product Colors, Product Patterns.


  1. Save Settings : Once everything is set up, click the Save button to **save **the settings and display the customization button on the product page.



Note: Uploaded files should follow these specifications: File size: 2MB, File Format: .png, .jpeg, .svg, .jpg Dimension: 700*1000.


Also ,You can add multiple products by using Import feature and **Export **data with export feature.
