Setting up week off days in your Estimated Order Delivery Date message ensures that your delivery estimates are accurate and do not include days when your business is not operating. This helps manage customer expectations and provides them with a realistic timeline for when they can expect their orders to arrive.

A week off means the system can skip those days as you select the delivery timing automatically.
A week off day means the day you select as a week off day, that day can be automatically skipped from the estimated delivery date. It works like a holiday.

Examples:

If I can select Sunday as a week off day then Sunday is not calculated in your estimated delivery date time calendar, Sunday is skipped every time which means you didn’t deliver any order on that day.
