Set Up ETA Rules for Shipping Methods
Providing accurate delivery timelines helps improve customer trust and reduces order-related queries. With ETA rules, you can clearly communicate when customers can expect their orders, based on the shipping method they selected.
This feature allows you to manage delivery expectations efficiently and enhance the overall shopping experience on your store.
You can synchronize your shipping methods from Shopify, create rules based on them, configure them, and display them on the product page for customers.
This guideline helps you to easily set up and manage ETA rules for different shipping methods and ensure they are properly displayed on the product page.
Steps :
- Create Rule:- Go to Delivery Date β ETA from the left panel β Click on Create Rule (top right corner)

- Enable Shipping Toggle :- Turn ON the **Enable shipping method toggle

- Create & Select Shipping Method : Click on Create shipping method β Popup will open β Choose display style (Visual Options or Classic Dropdown) β Add shipping methods (type & click Add or use Sync from Shopify) β Select required methods (Standard, Express, Free Shipping) β Click Apply β Choose the shipping method from the dropdown to link it with the ETA rule

- Customize the Message: Enter the customized delivery message for the selected shipping type. You can specify delivery times, special conditions, or any other relevant information.

- Save the Settings: Once you have configured the ETA rule and customized the message, click on the Save button to apply the settings.
