How to Exclude Products


Learn how to Exclude Specific Products from displaying ETA on them in the app. Once you set up the exclusion for these products, the ETA information will not be displayed on their product pages


Steps For Configuration:



  1. Access App Settings: Go to your Shopify Admin dashboard and navigate to the Exclude Products of the Estimated Delivery Date app.



  1. Click the button :- Click on the Search Product button to open the product search.




  1. Find a Product: Type and select the product by its IDnamevendor, or it's type (Only products available in your admin panel will show up.)


  1. Action Button: Once the product appears, Enable the switch from the action tab to exclude the selected product.




  1. Result : Please refresh the page and check the Result.



  1. Test: Once you've configured the delivery messages for Excluded Products, test the functionality by selecting the specified products to ensure that the correct delivery messages is Hidden.
