How to Integrate HubSpot with the Request for Quote App
This guideline helps you integrate HubSpot with the RFQ app so all quote submissions from your store sync directly to your CRM.
Each RFQ creates a HubSpot contact, stores customer details, and generates a deal with product and quote information—allowing you to manage leads and follow up without manual work. You only need to generate a HubSpot Private App Token and connect it in the RFQ app. After that, syncing happens automatically.
Steps:
- Connect HubSpot: Go to your Shopify Admin, Open: → Apps → Request for Quote → Navigate to: Integrations → Select HubSpot and toggle the switch ON → Click to Configure.
- **Private Token: ** Open HubSpot Integration → If you don’t have a token, click **Generate Token **→ Paste your HubSpot Private App Token → Click Save
Your integration is complete, it’s time to see it in action! 🚀
Generate a test quote from your store to confirm the sync. The new contact with RFQ details should show up in HubSpot under Contacts → Recent Activity.
Deal Creation
In HubSpot, navigate to CRM → Deals.
You will find the quote inquiry here, containing all submitted details:
