You need to receive the inquiry message on your WhatsApp account when a user inquires about CFP products. Configure your Twilio account credentials in the app backend under the Notifications for Merchant section.
Log In your twilio account, You can follow the below steps. Click this link https://www.twilio.com/login
1) Scroll down and Copy your account details.
2) Copy your Account SID, Auth Token, and My Twilio phone number.
3) Click on Configure button
3) You can add the all required details in app backend options, And click on Connect button
4) Click on Save after connected successfully.
You have configured your Twilio account successfully. Please submit the inquiry and check your WhatsApp for testing purposes.
