Setup week off and holidays.
Learn how to configure week off days and holidays directly from the ETA app backend to suit your business operations. Once set up, the app automatically applies these configurations for ETA calculations and displays dates accordingly on product pages.
How do the week off days works
Video Tutorial:
Go to the App backend-->Navigate to the Settings Tab
Click on the Week Off & Holidays Button:
Select the days as week off and click on apply to changes save.
Add the holidays select holiday date and enter holiday name click on add holiday button click on apply button to save changes.
Click on the Save and Publish button to save your changes.
Weekends and holidays are considered non-working days, so they will be skipped when calculating delivery dates. Orders will not be scheduled for delivery on these days.
Tip: Ensure your app settings correctly reflect your business holidays and weekends to avoid any miscalculations in estimated delivery dates.
