How to upload an images or masked images for product customization in the app?

Introduction:

Learn how to upload images for selected product customization from the app backend. Here, you can add products for customization along with multiple image options directly from the app backend, allowing customers to personalize their products with the appropriate images.

Steps:

Go to the Personalization products ->Click on Add rule tab.


Click on Add Product if the product is not added. If already added, click on Edit.


Once product selected click on upload masking image Button.


Click Add Image or use masking images.

Note: Images must be in .png, .svg, .jpeg, or .jpg formats, with a maximum size of 2 MB and dimensions of 700x1000 pixels.



Info: Use sample masking images to test product color options. We provide a set of sample masking images to help you visualize different variations.


5.Choose images from your device and and click on save button to Save images.
