How to use the default template for a specific message, please follow these steps:
Go to the App settings and save the template by clicking on the Save Template button.

Next, go to the ETA Rules tab. and Click on create rule.

In the template section, select My Design.

Click on Apply to apply the default template to the specific message.

Open the product page on which you just setup message and check that the template appear.
💡 Remember to look at the product page that your customers will see and not in the editor of your theme or a "preview" of your theme. Use the same link that your customers will use, otherwise it won't work.
If you don't see the app appear, make sure it is enabled in the application

If it doesn't work, don't hesitate to contact our support directly in the application at the bottom right
