Manage RFQs by Assigning to Multiple Assignees
Introduction
Efficient RFQ (Request for Quotation) management is essential for businesses with multiple team members handling customer inquiries. Staff Member Assignment feature allows merchants to assign RFQs to specific team members, streamlining workflow, improving response times, and ensuring better collaboration. This is especially valuable for larger businesses with dedicated sales teams, helping them track progress, manage internal discussions privately, and respond to customer requests faster.
Go to the App Backend
Navigate to Quote Request.

Assign a New Member
Click on Assignee to Add new Assignee.
Click on Add New.

Enter Assignee Details
Fill in the required fields: Name, Email ID, Phone Number, and Status.
Click Save Settings.

Assign the Request
Go to the Request Tab.
In the Assigned to column, click on the Name.

Click on the Assign Icon and change the assignee.
Save the settings.



Completion
Now, the RFQ request will be assigned to the selected member.



Filter assignee:
Click on the Assignee List.
Select the Member Name from the list.
The list will display only the selected name.

Go to the App Backend
