Adding the Longest ETA (Estimated Delivery Time) widget to your Shopify Plus checkout page helps display the maximum estimated delivery time for all products in a customer’s cart — ensuring full transparency and setting clear expectations before purchase

You can display the Longest ETA Widget on your Shopify Plus checkout page by adding the ETA block in your theme customizer, customizing the display text, saving the setup, and then previewing it on checkout and in the order details page..

👉 Note: This feature is available only for Shopify Plus stores.

Follow the steps below to set it up 👇

Steps:

1. Theme Customizer: From your Shopify admin, navigate to Online Store → Themes, then click Customize beside your active theme.

2. Add ETA Widget to the Checkout Page: In the theme editor, select the Checkout page from the top dropdown. Scroll down to the Order Summary section → click Add block → choose Delivery Date – ETA → select Delivery Date-ETA.

3. Edit ETA Display Text: Use the left panel to customize the Order Confirmed and Shipped At Your Doorstep text according to your store’s branding. Your edits will appear instantly in the live checkout preview.

4. Click Save to confirm the changes. ✅

5. Preview on Checkout Page: Go to your storefront. → Add any product to the cart.→ Proceed to checkout to view the ETA widget in action.

6. View ETA in Order Page : After placing a test order, go to Orders → select any order, and check the Additional details section on the right — the ETA date range will appear there.

Your checkout page is now equipped with the ETA widget, giving customers a clear view of their expected delivery date.
