Email Notification & Third-Party Marketing Integration


Integrate third-party tools for quote notifications, communication, email automation, and APIs
Follow the guidelines provided in the help tooltip to integrate the following options:


E-Mail Notifications APIs/SMTP/ Notifications for Merchant/


  • Email Notification/SMTP Support. /
  • Notify customers via email with support for third-party SMTP providers.
  • To receive an inquiry form data you need to integrate an Email Service Provider Account and with this merchants will make their customers subscribe to their Newsletter. Apart from that, you are also given an option to select the email service Provider as you will get a list of:


Steps:


Go to the Settings-> Navigate to Notifications tab.


  • Enter the email id in admin Email field and save the settings.


1.Select E-mail service

  • Default
  • SendGrid
  • Postmark
  • Mailchip
  • Custom SMTP


Default:
  • Enter Sender Name
  • Enter E-mail(Sender email id from where email sent to customers)
  • Enabled Auto Send E-mail To Customers(When a customer sends an inquiry while submitting the form, then the merchant has send email automatically.)


SendGrid
  • Enter SendGrid API Key
  • Enter Sender Email
  • Enter admin E-mail(Sender email id from where email sent to customers)
  • Enabled Auto Send E-mail To Customers(When a customer sends an inquiry while submitting the form, then the merchant has send email automatically.)
Postmark
  • Enter Postmark API key
  • Enter Sender Email
  • Enter Sender Name
  • Enter Admin E-mail(Sender email id from where email sent to customers)
  • Enabled Auto Send E-mail To Customers(When a customer sends an inquiry while submitting the form, then the merchant has send email automatically.)


Mailchimp
  • Enter Mailchimp API key
  • Enter Sender Email
  • Enter Sender Name
  • Enter Admin E-mail(Sender email id from where email sent to customers)
  • Enabled Auto Send E-mail To Customers(When a customer sends an inquiry while submitting the form, then the merchant has send email automatically.)
Custom SMTP
  • Enter Sender Name
  • Enter Admin E-mail
  • Enter Sender E-Mail
  • Select SMTP Secure
  • Enter port
  • Enter Host
  • Enter Username
  • Enter password
  • Enabled the Auto Subscribe Customer To Newsletter
  • Check checkbox Enable Third Party Integration
  • Select E-mail service


  1. Communication
  • Slack: Integrate a Slack account to receive inquiry form data directly in your Slack channel.
  • WhatsApp: Add custom WhatsApp integration using Twilio and get notifications on WhatsApp.
  • Microsoft Teams: Integrate a Teams account to receive inquiry form data on your Teams channel.


  1. Email Marketing Automation with 3rd Party Integration
  • MailChimp: Integrate custom Mailchimp options or use our custom email features.
  • Klaviyo: Integrate custom Klaviyo options or use our custom email features.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue): Integrate custom Sendinblue options or use our custom email features.
  • Omnisend: Integrate custom Omnisend integrations or use our custom email features.
