Display only product specific messages and hide the default message.

This guideline will help you display ETA messages only for products that have specific ETA rules configured, while hiding the default ETA message from all other products.


Note :- To display ETA messages only for products with specific ETA rules, you need to enable the Hide General Message option.

Steps:



  1. **Hide the General ETA Message : ** Open the Delivery Date - ETA app from your Shopify Admin → Navigate to Settings → Locate the Hide General Message option





  1. Enable the Setting : Click the Hide General Message toggle → When the confirmation popup appears, click Enable → Verify that the toggle is turned on successfully.





Result: The general ETA message will be hidden from all products, and only product-specific ETA rules will be displayed on the storefront.


Note: By enabling this setting, the default ETA message will be hidden for all products. ETA messages will only be displayed on products that match your configured ETA rules.
