Introduction:

By enabling this option, the default or general ETA message for all products will be hidden. Only the specific ETA rules configured by you will be displayed, allowing a more customized and accurate delivery message for each product.

Steps

1. Toggle the switch ON : Go to Delivery Date – ETA app → Settings → Scroll to “General ETA Message” → Enable “Hide General message” → Click Save (if required)

Result:

This will disable the default/general message across all products, and only rule-based ETA messages will be shown.
