How to Add Engraving Text on a Product in Product Option Personalizer

This guide will help you enable an engraving text field on your product, allowing customers to enter custom text before placing their order. It’s a simple way to offer personalized products and improve customer experience.



Steps:



  1. Add Text Field:- Open Product Option Personalizer → go to the product where you want to add engraving → click Add Option → select Text Field as the option type.



  1. Enable Engraving & Configure Settings : Go to Style & Effect → Enable the Engraving toggle → Select the engraving Style (e.g., Laser Burn) → Choose the Depth (Light/Medium/Dark) → Pick or enter the Engraving Color.



  1. Set Position & Save : Go to Position & Size → Adjust the placement and size of the engraving text on the product → Preview the alignment on the canvas → Click Save to apply the changes.



  1. **Verify on Storefront: ** Go to your online store → Open the product page → Enter sample engraving text → Check if the engraving preview displays correctly with the selected style, depth, and position → Add to cart and confirm the engraving details appear properly.



On Cart Page


  1. Publish Product : Ensure the product is active → Assign it to the Online Store sales channel → Make it live for customers.

After enabling the engraving option, make sure to save all changes and preview the product on your storefront to ensure the effect appears correctly. This feature helps enhance product personalization and improves the overall customer experience.
