How to add multiple dates on the "Estimated Order Delivery Date" message.

Use multiple shortcodes {MIN_LEAD_DAYS,1} and {MAX_LEAD_DAYS,3} in the editor box and you can set a message like the below example.

Example:
DELIVERY ESTIMATE :
STANDARD DELIVERY : GET IT {min_lead_days,4} - {max_lead_days,5}
EXPRESS DELIVERY : GET IT {min_lead_days,2} - {max_lead_days,3}
