Why I can't choose a ETA template?
On the startup and growth plan only one animated template is provided if you want to choose more then you need to purchase premium Animated or Industry template ( https://prnt.sc/Th9k9LsDdxSx), please note that these templates are only available under the **Premium** subscription plan.
On the Free plan, only one default template is provided. To unlock more templates, please consider upgrading your subscription.
If you are on a different subscription plan, you can upgrade plan to access these templates.
How to Check If This Feature Is Available in Your Plan
1 . Go to the Pricing Plan Section.
2 . Click on Compare Plan.
3 . Verify if the feature is included in your plan by checking for the ✅ green check mark.
If the feature is not included in your plan and you'd like to use these templates, consider upgrading to the Premium plan according to your business needs. Once the plan is upgraded, you'll be able to select and apply the desired templates.
How to upgrade plan
You can upgrade your plan directly from the app backend.
If the app is already installed, follow these steps:
Go to the Plan section in the app.
Select the desired plan.
Click on Choose Plan and follow the onboarding process.
Once the process is completed, your selected plan will be activated, and the subscription will start accordingly.
